Terms and Conditions
We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Euro Card, Discover, American Express,
Maestro via the website. All transactions will be in Sterling, as an alternative customers are able to pay by BACS by prior arrangement.
We aim to dispatch an item within 7-10 working days after the confirmation of your purchase. If you contact by email products can be arranged to be delivered as express items if the stock allows and an extra delivery cost will need to be added.
Important information for customers from outside EU countries:
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns & exchanges
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange. Only if items are faulty will a refund be offered. The Kirsty Adams Ceramics studio must be informed before returning items - this must take place within 14 days of the original dispatch from the studio. We ask that you return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you. An exchange will be completed on safe return of the item. Any exchange item that is returned to the studio broken due to poor packaging for delivery may not be refunded or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged from the Kirsty Adams Ceramics studio, a replacement will be provided. An image is requested of items that have been broken in delivery. Notification must be made within 24 hours of receipt of items.
We will not divulge your email, postal address or telephone number. We may contact you either by post, email or telephone, primarily as customer service following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have. We will not pass on your e-mail address to any other company.
We have made every effort to ensure product photographs, description and details listed on the site are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur as most pieces are unique due to the process of making.
All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not directly available, letting you know how long it will take to make your order. In the unlikely case that the availability is not up to date and the order is for a unique piece we will also inform you by email.
For goods made to order we will not be able to change, refund or exchange any item.
