Shipping Domestic

Shipping within the UK is at a cost of £5.95 per item ordered.

Kirsty aims to send you your order quickly and efficiently. Please note the dispatch times when placing your order as some items have a longer delivery timescale. Do let Kirsty know if you have a specific date you need the item by so she can avoid any disappointment, as some items may take the full stated dispatch times. Due to the considerable demand on some products at the current time, some deliveries are taking longer than the stated dispatch times.

All items dispatched within the United Kingdom are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier depending on size.

Shipping International

Shipping outside of the UK will depend on size and weight of the products ordered and will be advised after the order is taken.

Delivery times can vary depending on the country, so please allow extra time when ordering. Any tax and duty costs payable outside of the UK are the full responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange. Only if items are faulty will a refund be offered. The Kirsty Adams Ceramics studio must be informed before returning items - this must take place within 14 days of the original dispatch from the studio. We ask that you return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you. An exchange will be completed on safe return of the item. Any exchange item that is returned to the studio broken due to poor packaging for delivery may not be refunded or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.

When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper.  Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged from the Kirsty Adams Ceramics studio, a replacement will be provided. An image is requested of items that have been broken in delivery. Notification must be made within 24 hours of receipt of items.
